New War Machine Tattoo by World Famous Frank Lee!

Here's my new War Machine tattoo, by world famous artist Frank Lee over at Tattoo Blues in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, one of the absolute best in the world. I took three photos of it with the Nikon D60 so you can see the whole thing. Below is an old photo from early 2004 (by my old friend/co-worker Devin) of my Iron Man tattoo on my right arm (done by my old friend from high school, Erik, at Ink Link Tattoos in West Palm Beach, FL). War Machine is behind him.

The image is originally by War Machine co-creator (with writer Len Kaminski), Kevin Hopgood, and was the chromium cover to Iron Man 288 (Nov. 1992). Check it out here. Frank Also combined elements from the covers of Iron Man 301 (Hopgood) and War Machine 11 (vol. 1, Dave Taylor), as you can see in those respective links. Of course, Frank added his own style and gave me a terrific tat!

I'm hoping to have a background added to Iron Man and another "blast" under my upper arm. Eventually, I have a full sleeve, maybe of more Iron Man armors! Maybe a Bob Layton one!!

Storm At Sunset

This storm came in right at sunset and really made the whole sky orange-ish. I selected a white balance preset of "Cloudy" on my Nikon D60 and got an even more orange look. Cool, huh?
